Rainbow House Zurich
Our rules
come over
The Rainbow House is a place for queer life, encounters, and activism. Events, meetings, and many other activities take place here. The Rainbow House is also regularly open for free visits.
Opening hours for everyone
The Rainbow House is open to all queer people, allies, and anyone interested during our regular opening hours. Our volunteer team will greet you and show you around. You can recognize them by their pink lanyards.
Just drop by. You can chat with others, relax, and browse the library. You'll find magazines, brochures, and informational materials to take with you on the flyer shelf. Games and puzzles are also available. If you have any questions, we're happy to help. Free snacks and drinks are always available.
We occasionally offer specific activities. You can also change your clothes and do your makeup in our restrooms.
Sometimes it's quiet here, sometimes there are lots of people and it can get louder.
We look forward to your visit.
Events
Most events at the Rainbow House are organized by our member organizations or groups. You can find all public events and further information in the agenda. Please read the event description before your visit. Registration is required for some events.
Sometimes private events, meetings, or similar activities take place at the Rainbow House. These are not listed in the agenda. Therefore, the Rainbow House may be full even if no event is visible in the calendar.
