Counseling
Various organizations offer consultations at the Rainbow House.
Constance Hoppmann (Sozialarbeiterin FH) und Robin Portmann (Sozialarbeiter FH) beraten Lesben, Schwule, Bi- und Pansexuelle sowie Menschen, die sich in ihrer sexuellen Orientierung unsicher sind zu Themen wie: Selbstfindung, Coming-out, Partnerschaft, persönliche Konflikte und Krisen, Diskriminierung, Gesundheit und Krankheit.
Beratung persönlich im Regenbogenhaus, telefonisch oder per Mail. Das Angebot ist vertraulich und gratis.
Terminvereinbarung per Mail:
Jeden Mittwochnachmittag ist Reto Tschan (Sozialarbeit FH / Keine Pronomen) im Regenbogenhaus vor Ort und bietet spontan oder nach Terminvereinbarung Beratung zu unterschiedlichen sozialen Themen wie; Arbeit, Wohnen, Krankheit, Aufenthaltsstatus, Finanzen, Konflikte, Ausbildung und Lehre, etc. Die Beratungen sind kostenlos und vertraulich.
Bei Bedarf kann Reto an andere Fachstellen im und ausserhalb des Regenbogenhauses vermitteln.
Ausserhalb der Präsenzzeit im Regenbogenhaus können ebenfalls Beratungen stattfinden.
Counceling

Constance Hoppmann (social worker FH) and Robin Portmann (social worker FH) advise lesbians, gays, bisexuals and pansexuals as well as people who are unsure about their sexual orientation on topics such as: self-discovery, coming out, partnership, personal conflicts and crises, discrimination, health and illness.
Consultations are available in person at the Rainbow House, by phone, or by email. The service is confidential and free of charge.

Every Wednesday afternoon, Reto Tschan (Social Work FH / No Pronouns) is available at the Regenbogenhaus (Rainbow House) and offers spontaneous or by appointment advice on various social topics such as: work, housing, illness, residency status, finances, conflicts, education and training, etc. The consultations are free and confidential.
If needed, Reto can refer people to other specialist agencies inside and outside the Rainbow House.
Consultations can also take place outside of the regular hours at the Rainbow House.

We offer easily accessible rooms in a central location in Zurich. Are you looking for a room for your organization or association's next general meeting, a session, or something similar?

Fine print: The rooms are not rented out for private events such as birthday parties. In principle, priority for our rooms is given to our member organizations.

Legal counseling
HAZ legal advice offers you a first point of contact for your legal problems. Lukas Stocker (he/him) advises on topics such as: changing your name and legal gender, or rights and obligations in everyday working life.
The consultation is an initial, non-binding assessment. It does not replace comprehensive legal advice from a lawyer. HAZ does not accept mandates to represent parties in court.
Social counseling for LGBTQIA+ people
Every Wednesday afternoon, Reto Tschan (Social Work FH / No pronouns) is on-site at Regenbogenhaus, offering counseling on a drop-in basis or by appointment on various social topics such as: work, housing, illness, residency status, finances, conflicts, education and apprenticeship, etc. The consultations are free and confidential. If needed, Reto can refer to other specialist agencies inside and outside the Regenbogenhaus. Counseling sessions can also take place outside the on-site presence hours at Regenbogenhaus.
Counseling for rainbow families
The counselors at the Rainbow Families umbrella organization provide guidance on all issues related to rainbow families and starting a family. This service is aimed at families, as well as lesbian, gay, bisexual, trans, and queer individuals who wish to have children, and interested (professional) individuals. In addition, we provide support for appointments with government agencies or institutions by arrangement.
Counseling sessions take place online, by phone, via Skype/Zoom, or in person.
